Your Bargaining Committee met with Management again today. We were not successful in completing our negotiations. Frankly only wages are still on the table and the Company's "Last, Best and Final" offer is insulting.  No new date to reconvene has been scheduled. CWA will have our research team review the progress we have made to date.

Bring Haley Home
09/29/14 - AFSCME Local 132
Let’s start with some basic concepts. The Office of Child Care licenses child care in Oregon. They can come in and put conditions on those licenses. Most often these conditions include things like “fireplace shall not be used during hours on child care license.”  These conditions limit what the child care provider can do DURING child care hours.  Makes sense, right.

WORKING AMERICA VOTES!
09/29/14 - IBEW Local 191
Supporter, Let's admit it -- sometimes, voting seems pointless. At least, that's what wealthy CEOs want us to think. They're counting on us to skip the elections this November. They know that if voters like us stay home, working-class champions won't get elected this year.
