Senate Passes $109 Billion Surface Transportation bill

The U.S. Senate recently passed the two-year, $109 billion surface transportation funding bill known as the "Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act" (MAP-21) in a bipartisan 74-22 vote.
