Working people across industries are standing together.

A broad coalition of labor organizations, including the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen, is urging Congress to support the No Tax on Overtime for All Workers Act (H.R. 5475/S. 4310) to ensure every worker who earns overtime can access the same tax relief.

Right now, millions of transportation workers, first responders, and others are excluded due to outdated definitions in federal law. This legislation fixes that inequity by expanding eligibility so workers can keep more of what they earn.

Fair pay should mean fair tax treatment. It’s time to recognize the long hours put in by all workers.
