July 6, 2026, Front Royal, VIRGINIA— The Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen (BRS) members under National Handling have ratified the proposed National Wage and Benefit Agreement. 72% of eligible voters participated with a large majority of members voting in favor of the agreement.

Electronic Ballots were independently tallied by Simply Voting.

Mail Ballots were tallied at Grand Lodge by the Office of the Secretary-Treasurer.

“We are pleased that this round of bargaining has come to a close with a fair agreement for BRS members. It has been a long-fought process. We extend our thanks to the bargaining committee and our members for their patience and support,” said BRS President Michael Baldwin.
