The BRS/CSXT Bargaining Committee, consisting of BRS President Mike Baldwin, Vice President Doug VanderJagt, and General Chairmen John Heise (B&O), Andy Webb (L&N), Tim Caldwell (C&O), Dan Jacopino (CSXTN), and Jason Skidmore (SCL), is pleased to announce that a majority of the applicable General Chairman have voted to send out a Tentative Agreement between CSXT and all of the BRS-represented employees on the property. The agreement is for five (5) years covering general wage increases, health and welfare improvements, vacation improvements, and improvements to seven (7) local work rules.
